Before you can use access data via WebConnect, it must be enabled in Venice Online.
Open the parameters of the Venice module 'ODBC file descriptions'. Choose the fiscal years and tables that must be available via ODBC and OData. Check 'Make dossier available via WebConnect' to make the dossier accessible via WebConnect.
Enter the name of the named database in the Venice module 'ODBC file descriptions'. The name is used as the dossier identification, that you include in your web service calls to get, create, modify or delete data of the dossier. As a last step, you need to create the ODBC file descriptions.
